Etosha National Park is located in northern Namibia, covering an area of over 22,000 square kilometres. The park is bordered by the towns of Outjo to the south, Otavi to the east, and Tsumeb to the north.

Another option is to take a bus or taxi from Windhoek to one of the nearby towns, such as Tsumeb, and then take a local taxi or private transfer to the park.
If driving, the park is easily accessible via the main roads leading from Windhoek, Tsumeb or Outjo. The park has several entrance gates, the most popular being the Anderson Gate located on the southern boundary of the park. It is important to note that the park is located in a remote area, and visitors should plan their journey accordingly.
The park is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and many species of antelope.
